If you are viewing 3D city content for the first time, you will be prompted to install the Quest3D Player.

Here is instructions:
1. Just copy and paste in the address bar(click enter)
2. The file download box's open up (click the save button)
3. save in a folder in my document and remember the folder.
4. go to folder and open it. now double click quest3D activex2 file.
5. If you have (winzip or Winrar) install on your computer it will open up,
if not login go to the forum section then vip section and follow instruction.
6. after install double click and zip file will open.
7. right click on file and hold button in and drag the file out of the (winzip or winrar) box unto the page and release the button.
8. you should see the file or folder on the page now,repeat for the second file.
9. If you can see both files on your page or folder then you are finish, now exit out of folder.
If your browser has blocked the Quest3D and it wasn't installed correctly (3D City gives an error message that No Quest3D is installed). start over and reinstall the Quest3D.
If you are using Windows Vista, please disable protected mode in Internet Explorer.

How to disable protected mode in Internet Explorer.
1.Right click on the Internet Explore browser.
2.Stroll down to internet properties and click.
3.Click on security.
4.uncheck enable protected mode.
5.Click apply.
6.Click ok.
Then close
Currently you need to use browsers with ActiveX suport like (Internet Explorer, Maxthon, Avant, Mozilla Firefox with IETab, Deepnet, etc.)
If you are using one of these browsers above you are ok !
Now go to 3D city and press the button "Enter The City " please let the city be downloaded, it can take some time, depending on your connection speed. Each location is downloaded only once, later it will be taken by the 3DCity from your local machine.
After your first viewing of content everything will be working properly, To return to 3D city at a later time just click the "Enter The City button " wait for download, and you in the city.
Now here is where the fun begain!!!
After setup and enter the room, setup profile of yourself then start walking and talking meeting people and check out the hotspots in the city. Enjoy !
